One logical execution is one request you send to the gateway, whatever it takes to satisfy it.
If the primary model fails and the chain falls over to a second, that is still one logical execution. Charging per attempt would price you for our reliability engineering rather than your usage.
A request refused by policy or a spend cap never reaches a provider and is not counted. You are not billed for the control plane declining to act.
Planning without executing — for CI, policy testing or cost estimation — costs nothing, because no provider call is made.

Hybrid and Managed appear here because they are on the roadmap and affect which plan suits you — not because you can buy them today. Until they exist, Planverity cannot spend money you have not already authorised with your own provider account.
We will not quote you a savings percentage before measuring your workload. Our own benchmark found Planverity is Pareto-efficient but does not dominate a single good mid-tier model on general traffic — it offers a dial, not a free lunch.
