You supply your own provider credentials and are responsible for the cost your provider bills you. Planverity's spend caps are a control you configure; they bound spend routed through the gateway and cannot bound spend incurred outside it.
You are responsible for the lawfulness of the content you send and for the policies you publish.
We will not use your prompt or response content to train models. We will give notice before a change that would break an existing integration. We will tell you when a figure we show you is an estimate rather than a measurement.
Either party may end the beta at any time. On termination you may export your execution records; we will delete your data on request.
